Corpus Christi U-Stor Self Storage Lien Sale Information

Under the provisions of Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code (Chapter 576 Acts of the 68th Legislature Regular Session 1983), U-STOR AYERS, 4902 Ayers St., Corpus Christi, Texas 78415, will hold a public sale of delinquent units in order to satisfy a landlord's lien. Sale will be conducted on
Monday Dec. 1st, 2008 at 10:30AM and additional auctions to be conducted consecutively and in the following order by location.

Contents of units will be sold as a unit to the highest bidder for CASH.

Sales will be done in the following order starting at the Ayers facility at 10:30AM and progressing approximately an hour later at each successive facility. If there is no sale at one we will move immediately to the next, in the following order

U-Stor's Public Lien Sales are auction style, voice bid sales

There is a minimum bid of $25.00 for each unit. All units are sold intact and buyer is responsible for removing all items in unit. Telephone bids are accepted prior to the start of the sale and we must obtain a credit card preauthorization on the full amount of the bid prior to the sale start time. Bidders who do not properly clean out units will be charged a $50.00 deposit on future sales. Bidders must register at the main office to obtain bid numbers.
